169. QUEASY LISTENING: THE DARK SIDE OF “YOU LIGHT UP MY LIFE” (Discograffiti, the music obsessives’ podcast)

The biggest hit single of the 1970s spent ten weeks at number one.  If you weren’t alive at the time, then there’s no way to adequately describe how torturous that period truly was.  Yet the deeper I dug in my research for this episode, the more nauseated I became. The tale of this song has to be heard to be believed.  It is truly epically horrendous.
